Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling or Canceling
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.
We understand that life can be unpredictable and plans may change. To ensure a seamless experience for our clients, we have designed a flexible cancellation policy that takes your needs into consideration.
Please carefully review our cancellation policy outlined in the sections below.
Exceptions: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may sometimes arise, making it impossible to adhere to our cancellation policy. In such cases, we encourage clients to contact Deborah by phone at 727-460-2159 as soon as possible to discuss their situation.
We will review each case individually and, at our discretion, may waive the cancellation or no-show fees. By making a reservation with Zen Zelda, you agree to the terms outlined in our cancellation policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation and look forward to providing you with an exceptional experience!
Free Cancellation Window
Clients are allowed to cancel their reservations without incurring any penalty fees if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. To cancel within this free cancellation window, please reschedule or cancel your appointment online.
Late Cancellation
If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, a late cancellation fee may apply. This fee helps cover the costs incurred by Zen Zelda and ensures that we can continue to provide exceptional service to our clients. The late cancellation fee is 50% of the total reservation cost.
No Show Policy
In the event that a client does not show up for their scheduled appointment without providing any prior notice, they will be considered a "no-show." No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation. This policy helps ensure fairness to other clients who may have wanted to book during that time slot.
